What to bring first:

Room counts alone do not make a useful design brief. The planning conversation should cover who lives in the home now, how that may change, which spaces need privacy, whether elderly family members need step-free movement, how vehicles enter, where outdoor space matters and which activities create noise, heat or service requirements.

These inputs need verification for the actual site; a generic online plan cannot establish them.
