Why CivVision exists

The gap between a drawing and a finished building is full of decisions.

When those decisions split across drawings, spreadsheets, quotations, messages, photographs and memory, homeowners and project teams struggle to see what was approved, what changed and what the outcome really cost.

CivVision’s central idea is simple: connect the approved design intent to measurable scope, responsible people, procurement, execution evidence, commercial movement and final outcomes. Better visibility cannot remove every construction risk, but it can make responsibility and the next decision clearer.

A published Dehradun location and checkable business records.

CivVision’s current named residential examples are the Prayag Enclave Residence and Ashoka Enclave Residence in Nakronda, and the Hanuman Chowk Residence in Dehradun. Together, their recorded approximate areas represent about 8,200 sq ft. Ten additional locality-based concepts on the projects page are explicitly labelled as unbuilt design studies.

The current local construction focus is Dehradun and nearby Uttarakhand. Acceptance of a project depends on the site, scope, timing and delivery-team availability.

What the platform does not replace

CivVision does not replace land and title checks, site survey, geotechnical advice, qualified architectural and engineering responsibility, authority approvals, a project-specific contract, site safety management or competent construction supervision. Those requirements depend on the project and applicable rules.

The platform is intended to make their inputs and resulting decisions easier to coordinate. Construction delivery is defined through a separate project-specific scope.
